Product Description

Lutein Beadlet consists of red to red-brown free-flowing beadlets, with few white spots of food starch. The microencapsulated beadlets are manufactured with advanced spray and starch-catching drying technology. The individual particles containing lutein (extracted from Tagetes erecta) are finely dispersed in the matrix of modified food starch and sucrose, coated with corn starch. dl-alpha-tocopherol is added as antioxidants.

Storage and Stability

The product may be stored for 36 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at room temperature.

It should be protected from light, heat, oxygen and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed. Once opened, use contents quickly.

Uses

Suitable for manufacturing tablets and hard-shell capsules, also as a coloring agent and a nutrient for food such as fast food, baking food, drink, jelly, confectionery and dairy products.
