Product Description

Natural Lycopene Oil Suspension is reddish-brown liquid, manufactured with micronization technology. The micronized natural lycopene crystalloids are evenly dispersed in sunflower oil; dl-alpha-tocopherol is added as an antioxidant. Gentle warming less than 40°C and thorough mixing before use will homogenize the product.

Storage and Stability

The product may be stored for 24 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at room temperature.

It should be protected from light, heat, oxygen and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed. Once opened, use contents quickly.

Uses

As a coloring agent and a nutrient for oil-based food such as margarine, edible oil, salad and snacks. Also suitable for manufacturing soft-shell capsules.
